About the Department

    The Department of Mathematics University BDT College of Engineering was established from its very inception in 1951. The aimed is to be a centre of good teaching & learning in mathematics and compution. Department teachers teaches various topics is mathematics to undergraduate and postgraduate (M.Tech) students of different engineering stream and MCA Course. Department has 5 dedicated faculty members of which 3 have Ph. D, 1 has M.Phil and 1 with M.sc. Mathematics.
Students of all the engineering departments are benefited by taking core and elective courses in mathematics. The faculty members strive to maintain high standards in teaching and research.
